Thank you. -- {Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. [edit] Addressing The Issue
This is a school IP. It is a shame that the majority of us are being restricted from full use of Wikipedia as a result of a few immature users. A good idea may be to ban this IP from editing permanently. If this happens, can we still edit if we log in with our own user-names?
Sorry for the disruption.
We beg you to stop ruining the hard work of others. Wikipedia is used as a reference by many people, and your vandalism can greatly inconvenience other people. We really hate to do this, but if you continue to make non-constructive edits to Wikipedia, we will have no choice but to block you from editing. If you would like to contribute in a positive fashion, you are welcome to do so. You may find the tutorial to be a useful resource for this. --Skizzik 21:20, 22 January 2007 (UTC)

Due to persistent vandalism (see edit log), editing by anonymous users from your school, library or institution's IP address may be currently disabled. You continue to have full access to read the encyclopedia. If you are logged in but still unable to edit, please follow these instructions. To prevent abuse, account creation via this IP address is probably also disabled.
If editing is required for class projects, please have your teacher or network administrator contact us (with reference to this IP address) at unblock-en-l from an email address listed on your school's website. Alternatively, if you have no Internet access at home, you may email us using your school-issued email address, telling us your preferred username. An account will be created for you. Please check on this list that the username you choose has not already been taken.
Thank you.

This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
