[edit] Welcome
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- How to edit a page
- Help pages
- Tutorial
- How to write a great article
- Manual of Style
Here are some other hints and tips:
- I would recommend that you get a username. You don't have to log in to read or edit articles on Wikipedia, but creating an account is quick, free and non-intrusive, requires no personal information, and there are many benefits of having a username. (If you edit without a username, your IP address is used to identify you instead.)
- When using talk pages, please sign your name at the end of your messages by typing four tildes (~~~~). This will automatically produce your username (or IP address) and the date.
If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question, ask me on my Talk page, or type {{helpme}} on this talk page and a user will help you as soon as possible. I will answer your questions as far as I can. Again, welcome!
Thank you again for contributing to Wikipedia. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian. --Quiddity·(talk) 08:38, 23 August 2006 (UTC)
Thank you for experimenting with the page Anniversary on Wikipedia. Your test worked, and it has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you want to do. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. Ucanlookitup 03:02, 15 September 2006 (UTC)

Please refrain from adding nonsense to Wikipedia, as you did to James Bracey. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Soosed 03:51, 15 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Thanks, and a note
Hi there, thanks for your work on Massive Attack. Such constructive input it greatly appreciated. There is just one little thing: on Wikipedia album titles are italicized and song titles are plain and enclosed in quoatation marks (see WP:MUSTARD). I corrected this on Massive Attack, and it would nice if you followed this guideline from now on. Thanks. -- Pepve (talk) 02:30, 9 December 2007 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
