This template should be placed only down with categories

This template is a tagging for tracking and checking against list article 1632 characters (or perhaps if split out, 1632 historic persons) and does nothing but allow generation of a whatlinkshere list as a pseudo-category for works in progress (To Do's etc.).

This is so a fictional topic doesn't impose a category onto a non-fictional topic which seems inappropriate in this case. What links here will work for what we need. FrankB 00:35, 18 October 2007 (UTC)
