[edit] Vandalism

Edits that you do not like are not vandalism. Also, use of sockpuppets to dodge the three-revert-rule is not advisable. Nor is using the 3RR as a tool to get what you want on a page. Peyna 14:58, 29 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Superman

Please see this link as to why the page looks the way it does and why it needs to be kept this way. Superman Returns is in the midsts of renovation so that it can become a "Good Article" per Wikipedia's guidelines. Star Wars III has already been a "Featured Article" and that is the basis for this page. Bignole 21:12, 7 August 2006 (UTC)

Please refrain from adding nonsense to Wikipedia, as you did to Michigan Stadium. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. -TheMile 02:35, 8 August 2006 (UTC)

Please stop. If you continue to vandalize pages, as you did to Ku Klux Klan, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Baseball,Baby! ballsstrikes 05:38, 8 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Vandalism

Please do not make personal attacks on other people. Wikipedia has a policy against personal attacks. In some cases, users who engage in personal attacks may be blocked from editing by admins or banned by the arbitration committee. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. Please resolve disputes appropriately. Thank you.

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits are considered vandalism, and if you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the work of others. Thank you. Fireplace 19:48, 13 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] User Warnings

Hello! You've removed a recently added legitimate user warning template from your user or user talk page. This tends to give the impression that you didn't read it. Legitimate user warning templates contain valuable information and although you may disagree, it's best if you consider them. Thank you.

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. As a member of the Wikipedia community, I would like to remind you of Wikipedia's neutral-point-of-view policy for editors, which you appear to have violated at Barbie. In the meantime, please be bold and continue contributing to Wikipedia. Thank you! If you feel that the edit I reverted should not have been reverted, please contact me. --Chris (talk) 20:34, 21 September 2006 (UTC)

Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Barbie. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. If you feel that the edit I reverted should not have been reverted, please contact me. --Chris (talk) 20:38, 21 September 2006 (UTC)

Please refrain from adding nonsense to Wikipedia, as you did to Anthony Horowitz. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. zephyr2k 02:09, 23 September 2006 (UTC)

Please refrain from adding nonsense to Wikipedia, as you did to Talk:Wrestling Spirit. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. The tags you are placing in the talk namespace, {{Not verified}} {{Citecheck}}, and {{OriginalResearch}}, belong in the article namespace. Placing them as you have in the talk namespace makes no sense and thus is a form of vandalism. Please discuss this on the article talk page. - Paleorthid 19:09, 4 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Badger

Welcome, and thank you for experimenting with the page Badger on Wikipedia! Your test worked, and thank you for reverting or removing it yourself. The best way to do tests in the future would be to use the sandbox. You can look at these pages as well: how to edit a page, the tutorial, and how to write a great article. All of these pages are good places to start. Again, thanks, and we hope that you will like Wikipedia. — ciphergoth 07:24, 5 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Newsday

Regarding an edit you made that is virtually verbatim with edits made by other anonymous IP users on AOL: To say a newspaper "is known" for its some viewpoint or other without giving a reputable citation goes against one of the primary the rules Wikipedia. Citation isn't a suggestion; it is required.

Additionally, the phrase "is known" goes against the Wikipedia policy of avoiding terms that do not give attribution. Who knows it? What authoritative, unbiased source says so? Saying that Newsday is known for its "liberal" viewpoint, let alone "strongly liberal" (what standard of measurement is being used for "strongly"?) is opinion, not confirmable, verifiable fact, and disallowed over the principal Wikipedia tenet of neutral point of view.

Please read the Wikipedia policies and guidelines that are linked to here before making that edit. I have removed it for the reasons stated above. Without giving citations, a challenged edit can be considered vandalism. --69.22.254.111 19:36, 17 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Proposed deletion of Poe Little Rich Girl

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Poe Little Rich Girl, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Do you want to opt out of receiving this notice? Mdsummermsw (talk) 20:29, 5 June 2008 (UTC)
