A BAC Strikemaster Mk88 of the RNZAF photographed outside the Ohakea wing of the Royal New Zealand Air Force Museum in May 2007, a week before the museum closed. The type was retired from RNZAF service in 1993. This aircraft is G27-243 / NZ6373. Delivered to RNZAF May 1975 it arrived in New Zealand in July of that year at Wellington and was assembled by the RNZAF. This aircraft spent it's entire operating life with No. 14 Squadron RNZAF.
