Attention:

This IP address, 149.254.192.195, is registered to T-Mobile UK, and may be shared by multiple users. If the organization uses proxy servers or firewalls, this IP address may in fact represent many users at many physical computers.

For this reason, a message intended for one person may be received by another and a block may be shared by many. If you are editing from this address and are frustrated by irrelevant messages, you can avoid them by creating an account for yourself. In some cases, you may temporarily be unable to create an account due to efforts to fight vandalism; if so, please see here.

If you are autoblocked repeatedly, we encourage you to contact your Internet service provider or IT department and ask them to contact Wikimedia's XFF project about enabling X-Forwarded-For HTTP headers on their proxy servers so that our editing blocks will affect only the intended user. Alternatively, you can list the IP at Wikipedia:WikiProject on XFFs.

Caution should be used when blocking this IP or reverting its contributions without checking - if a block is needed, administrators should consider using a soft block with the template {{anonblock|optional comment}} as the block reason.

Note: In the event of vandalism from this address, abuse reports may be sent to your network administrator for further investigation.
IT staff who want to monitor vandalism from this IP address can subscribe to a web feed of this page in either RSS or Atom format.

Hello 149.254.192.195, an automated process has found an image or media file tagged as nonfree media, such as fair use. The image (Image:Tmobileint.gif) was found at the following location: User:149.254.192.195. This image or media will be removed per statement number 9 of our non-free content policy. Why has wiki been using it's resources for 3 months to revert constructive and now cited edits. What a waste of time. People who don't knwo the issues spending their waking hours reverting what is now proven to be the truth. Also, T-mobile users were blocked for 2 months straight because constructive edits were banned. It is Phil's producer that is twisting the truth. Admins reviewing unblock requests on this IP are advised to look at the history of this account and that of .192.192 as well - while they do indeed belong to T-Mobile, an analysis of edits suggests neither are used extensively by other users, and this one has caused a lot of problems on several articles. A LTA case is in the process of being drafted. As at least 4 other admins are now directly involved in investigating this case, WP:BLOCKs provisions relating to involved editors has been satisfied in my case. Decline reason: "From blanking pages, to changing random words in articles, to all other sundry sorts of vandalism, this IP address has been the source of non-stop problems for some time, including every edit between each prior, shorter block. It has unfortunately become necessary to prevent anonymous people from editing via this IP address. While I appreciate that this specific IP address may dynamically change, it is not specifically used by 200,000 people at once. However, if you are experiencing difficulty editing because some of the IP addresses used by your Internet Service Provider have been blocked, you may still create an account and edit via an account. Doing so is trivial, and only involves sending an email to accounts-enwiki-l@lists.wikimedia.org explaining the trouble you have been having, and a volunteer will be along shortly to create an account for you. • [2], [3], [4] three successive edits to Ricky Hatton article which ammounted to blanking the article.
    • [5] made a pointless change of the title of the video game from Medal of Honor to Table of Honor for no apparent reason.

Request reason: "Hello, I have just set up my T-mobile account and would like to edit without logging in due to privacy reasons."

Decline reason: "There have been too many disruptive edits from this IP address. If you want to edit with more privacy, registering an account will be more secure from that point of view, because IP addresses can be traced, whereas if you register an account, your IP address is hidden from view. — Stwalkerstertalk ] 19:01, 3 May 2008 (UTC)"
