Attention:

This IP address, 148.87.1.172, is registered to Oracle Corporation, and may be shared by multiple users. If the organization uses proxy servers or firewalls, this IP address may in fact represent many users at many physical computers.

For this reason, a message intended for one person may be received by another and a block may be shared by many. If you are editing from this address and are frustrated by irrelevant messages, you can avoid them by creating an account for yourself. In some cases, you may temporarily be unable to create an account due to efforts to fight vandalism; if so, please see here.

If you are autoblocked repeatedly, we encourage you to contact your Internet service provider or IT department and ask them to contact Wikimedia's XFF project about enabling X-Forwarded-For HTTP headers on their proxy servers so that our editing blocks will affect only the intended user. Alternatively, you can list the IP at Wikipedia:WikiProject on XFFs.

Caution should be used when blocking this IP or reverting its contributions without checking - if a block is needed, administrators should consider using a soft block with the template {{anonblock|optional comment}} as the block reason.

[edit] David Saslav

I have placed a tag on the article David Saslav, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. I did this because the article seems to be a biographical account about a person but it does not indicate how or why that person is notable. If you can indicate why David Saslav is really notable, I advise you to edit the article promptly, and also put a note on Talk:David Saslav. Any admin should check for such edits before deleting the article. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. You might also want to read our criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 7 under Articles. - CHAIRBOY () 22:36, 23 November 2005 (UTC)

Thanks for experimenting with Wikipedia. Your test worked, and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you want to do. Please stop. If you continue to vandalize pages, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. CambridgeBayWeather (Talk) 06:08, 8 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Dates on Civilization

I have reverted your change to BC/AD dates. As you erroneously believe that this is Wikipedia standard, please see: Wikipedia:Manual of Style (dates and numbers). Both patterns are available for editors to use here and, although people are quite heated about their personal preference for the systems, it is up to the editors of each article to establish a standard. In general, articles which deal with history and archaeology, but not Christian era religion, tend to vote for and use the BCE/CE system. If you strongly disagree, bring it up on the talk page for another round of discussion. Best wishes. WBardwin 20:21, 4 May 2006 (UTC)

Welcome, and thank you for experimenting with Wikipedia! Your test worked, and thank you for reverting or removing it yourself. The best way to do tests in the future would be to use the sandbox. You can look at these pages as well: how to edit a page, the tutorial, and how to write a great article. All of these pages are good places to start. Again, welcome, and I hope that you will like Wikipedia. --Porqin 16:26, 13 June 2006 (UTC)

This is your last warning. The next time you vandalize a page, as you did to Khatri, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Tuspm(C | @) 00:36, 19 July 2006 (UTC)

You have recently vandalized a Wikipedia article, and you are now being asked to stop this type of behavior. You're welcome to continue editing Wikipedia, so long as these edits are constructive. Please see Wikipedia's Blocking policy and what constitutes vandalism; such actions are not tolerated on Wikipedia, and are not taken lightly.

We hope that you will become a legitimate editor. Again, you are welcome here at Wikipedia, but remember not to vandalize or you will soon be blocked from editing.

If you feel you have received this message in error, it may be because you are using a shared IP address. Nevertheless, repeated vandalism from this address may cause you to be included in any future sanctions such as temporary blocks or bans. To avoid confusion in the future, we invite you to create a user account of your own. Tuspm(C | @) 00:43, 19 July 2006 (UTC)

You have been temporarily blocked from editing for vandalism of Wikipedia. Please note that page blanking, addition of random text or spam, deliberate misinformation, privacy violations, and repeated and blatant violation of WP:NPOV are considered vandalism. If you wish to make useful contributions, you may come back after the block expires. King of 00:46, 19 July 2006 (UTC)

Please refrain from adding nonsense to Wikipedia, as you did to Redditch. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Please stop. If you continue to violate Wikipedia's NPOV policy by adding commentary and your personal analysis into articles, as you did to Association rule learning, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. --Gray Porpoise 23:04, 7 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Regarding edits made during September 22, 2006

It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed content from an article. Please be careful not to remove content from Wikipedia without a valid reason, which you should specify in the edit summary or on the article's talk page. Thank you. If this is an IP address, and it is shared by multiple users, ignore this warning if you did not make any unconstructive edits. Luna Santin 23:46, 22 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] External links

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did in Identity management. Wikipedia is not a mere directory of links nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites that you are affiliated with, and links that exist to attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam policies for further explanations of links that are considered appropriate. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. See the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. [edit] Edit war

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on global warming controversy. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content which gains a consensus among editors. [edit] Vladimir Voltchkov

Someone on this IP address recently blanked a section from Vladimir Voltchkov as being a duplicate of a similar section from Roger Federer. I checked things out, and you appear to have been correct. Thanks for the edit! :) – Luna Santin (talk) 18:09, 10 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Global warming controversy

Howdy, I noticed your edits to the Global warming controversy article. I took the liberty of reverting the changes; Wikipedia needs reliable sources which back up information added. [edit] February 2008

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added to the page Young Precise do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia.

Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove unwanted links and spam from Wikipedia. If you were trying to insert a good link, please accept my creator's apologies, but note that the external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia.
The external links I reverted were matching the following regex rule(s): rule: '\bmyspace\.com' (link(s): http://myspace.com/precisethachef"Precise) . If the external link you inserted or changed was to a blog, forum, free web hosting service, or similar site, then please check the information on the external site thorougly. Note that such sites should probably not be linked to if they contain information that is in violation of the creators copyright (see Linking to copyrighted works), or they are not written by a recognised, reliable source. Linking to sites that you are involved with is also strongly discouraged (see conflict of interest).
Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! XLinkBot (talk) 20:39, 28 February 2008 (UTC)
