I would like to recommend that this IP be blocked, at least temporarily. It has a long history of vandalism and juvenile edits and it is a shared account. Where is this even located? - Blue Danube (talk) 21:29, 29 May 2008 (UTC)

To the contrary, if you'll look at the contributions, you'll see that this IP clearly has a long history of constructive and useful edits. Only a very few edits could be characterized as vandalism or juvenile. Blocking this IP would certainly be against Wikipedia policy. 148.177.1.210 (talk) 13:53, 30 May 2008 (UTC)
It wouldn't certainly be against Wikipedia policy. A very large number of shared IPs have been blocked, often repeatedly. How are we supposed to know if this is a educational institution or not? No one has said where this IP is located. As far as I can tell it's in New Brunswick, but I doubt anyone will confirm this. - Blue Danube (talk) 20:54, 30 May 2008 (UTC)
Blocking a shared IP without any recent vandalism and without any recent warnings would certainly be against Wikipedia policy.
