You can upload the image by clicking "Upload File" on the left panel, and then, wherever you want to place the image in the article, simply enter [[Image:IMAGENAME.jpg|thumb]]. Where you're trying to place the image is an infobox that only allows one image, so you're going to have to put your image elsewhere or replace the existing one.
