This IP address is not a proxy. It is an address from Victoria High School. We have a large number of students here, and computer access is widely avaliable. In a school of ~1300 students... well, you're bound to have some idiots.

Don't unban the IP, vandalism will probably just occur again -- this is just to clarify what we are.
