Welcome!
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions.
Currently, you are editing without a username. - Do not add unreasonable contents into any articles, such as copyrighted text, advertisement messages, and text that is not related to an article's subject. Adding such content or editing articles maliciously is considered vandalism.
The Wikipedia Tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. For now, if you are stuck, you can click the edit this page tab above, type {{helpme}} in the edit box, and then click Save Page; an experienced Wikipedian will be around shortly to answer any questions you may have. Also feel free to ask a question on my talk page. I will answer your questions as far as I can! Thank you again for contributing to Wikipedia. NeoFreak 13:20, 3 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Otherkin
I understand your concern. The fact is that there are very few reliable sources to back claims made by the Otherkin community. The definiton of basic Otherkin belief is cover by mental health professionals. I know that the article sounds rather unbalanced but that is because it is dealing with a view point that is both a neologism and often help in great suspicion by most people. Myself and other editors have been working for a very long time to find some other sources to add material to this article and I see some new hope with the release of a new book A Feild Guide to Otherkin which I am considering buying. If you have any other sources (and only the reliable type then go ahead and add them. Until then please do not change the wording of material directly backed by sources simply because you don't agree with them. NeoFreak 13:30, 3 May 2007 (UTC)
- Again, do not change material backed by reliable sources simply beause you don't agree with them. NeoFreak 13:32, 3 May 2007 (UTC)
Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. However, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to Otherkin, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. NeoFreak 13:33, 3 May 2007 (UTC)
i am trying to download that book as we speak.

Gabriel, please sign with ~~~~ when posting messages to talk pages. - CHAIRBOY (☎) 22:25, 8 May 2007 (UTC)
I thought Gabriel was banned? If it's Gabriel he shouldn't be posting or signing anything. Or did his ban expire? DreamGuy 21:08, 13 May 2007 (UTC)
