Well, sorry about that, but I assure you, it was not I who erased your comments on Megadeth's talk page. The way to get people blocked (if you're not an administrator) is to report them to WP:ANI. However, you have to have evidence of a user's wrongdoing (like links to the person's edit(s)). To be frank, though, ANI is pretty ineffective sometimes. What do you expect, though?
