[edit] Editing others' comments on talk pages

I noticed that you edited someone else's comment for clarity, spelling or grammar. As a rule, please refrain from editing others' comments without their permission. Though it may appear helpful to correct typing errors, grammar, etc., please do not go out of your way to bring talk pages to publishing standards, since it is not terribly productive and will tend to irritate the users whose comments you are correcting. For more details, see Wikipedia:Talk page guidelines. Thanks, SchuminWeb (Talk) 23:05, 3 August 2007 (UTC)

To tell the truth, I don't remember doing that on a talk page. I know that I've created links in other people's comments. Maybe I shouldn't be doing that? 140.147.160.78 21:13, 8 August 2007 (UTC)Stephen Kosciesza
