This IP address is NAT'd for LaSalle University, and as such any one of thousands of students and faculty may communicate from it. As a regular Wikipedia user, I appreciate the need to revert vandalism. However, we must also remember that IP addresses do not correlate 1:1 with human individuals, nor were they ever intended to.
