Welcome!
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions.
Currently, you are editing without a username. You can continue to do so as you are not required to log in to Wikipedia to read and write articles, however, logging in will result in a username being shown instead of your IP address (yours is 137.240.136.82). Logging in does not require any personal details. There are many other benefits for logging in to Wikipedia.
Please note these points:
- Please respect others' copyrights; do not copy and paste the contents from webpages directly.
- Please use a neutral point of view to edit the article; this is possibly the most important Wikipedia policy.
- If you are testing, please use the Sandbox to do that.
- Do not add unreasonable contents into any articles, such as: copyrighted texts, advertisement messages, and texts that are not related to that article. Both adding such unreasonable information and editing articles maliciously are considered vandalism. A user who repeatedly vandalises articles will be blocked from editing.
The Wikipedia Tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, ask me on my Talk page – I will answer your questions as far as I can! Thank you again for contributing to Wikipedia.

Please stop. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did to Texas A&M University, you will be blocked from editing.
Response: I merely made a sarcastic comment to highlight the triviality of the passage. Come on, so what if Snoop Dogg wore a Texas A&M shirt in a video? Is that really worth mentioning in Wikipedia?

[edit] What in the world is going on?
I hate this shared IP address stuff.
- What's going on is that some people who share your address are blanking the talk pages of IP addresses belonging to Tinker Air Force Base. Make it stop, and you will not be annoyed by constant "new messages" notices and everything else. - auburnpilot talk 20:18, 5 July 2007 (UTC)

Where did all my articles and awards go! I'm so tired of being vandalized!
Do to your continued disruption on this page, it has been protected so that you may no longer edit it.- auburnpilot talk 16:17, 6 July 2007 (UTC)
I've opted to unprotect his page and block you from editing instead. The duration of the block is for one week, and will be extended if disruption continues after the block. - auburnpilot talk 16:20, 6 July 2007 (UTC)
NOTE: THIS IS A SHARED IP ADDRESS. THE USER WAS NOT BLOCKED, JUST THE IP ADDRESS. This "squabling" will not be tolerated any longer. There are atleast 30 computers in this library that share 4 different IP addresses. If you don't have anything worthwhile to contribute to wikipedia, then please don't ruin it for the rest of the community. Thank you and have a nice day.

[edit] Oklahoma Weather/DMV/Statistics
We were wondering if anyone had the current statistics from the Oklahoma DMV as far as moving violations/vehicle accidents due to unusual weather progression we've had in Oklahoma this year. We managed to submit an inquiry to the Oklahoma State Trooper headquarters, but major highways and interstates only account for 35% or less of the state. Thank You.
[edit] Shared IP
I'm logged onto this COMPUTER over at the library on base and tried to edit but now it won't let me and says I've been blocked for TCP Interuption or something even though I've never made any vandalous contributions to wikipedia at all. Does that mean I'll never be able to make edits from this computer again? What is going on!?!?!?!? Can someone please help me get rid of this block!?!?!?!?!? Is there a way to request that it be removed?
- The block expires Saturday, July 14, 2007 at 16:28 (UTC). Unfortunately a few of the other people who have been using this IP, and likely the same computer, have been disrupting Wikipedia. - auburnpilot talk 19:22, 11 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Lifted block
When will the block be lifted? I haven't edited wikipedia but I guess someone else who shares my IP address has and I was wanting to know. Thanks137.240.136.82 14:33, 1 December 2007 (UTC)
- This address was blocked 17:11, 29 November 2007 for a period of one month. I'm not exactly sure how the system calculates one month (30 days or simply the same date the following month) but it's safe to assume it will be lifted on or just before 17:11, 29 December 2007. - auburnpilot talk 14:52, 1 December 2007 (UTC)
- Thank you for the information. I only work out here once a month so hopefully the vandalism will stop before I come out again next month to work.137.240.136.82 15:24, 1 December 2007 (UTC)
