School IP address Attention:

This IP address, 137.158.191.125, is registered to University of Cape Town and may be shared by multiple users of an educational institution. If the institution uses proxy servers, this IP address may in fact represent many users at many physical computers.

For this reason a message intended for one person may be received by another. Similarly an innocent user may be blocked for another user's vandalism. If you are editing from this address and are frustrated by irrelevant messages, you can avoid them by creating an account for yourself. In some cases you may temporarily be unable to create an account due to efforts to fight vandalism; if so, please read our advice on this situation.

Caution should be used when blocking this IP or reverting its contributions without checking - if a block is needed, administrators should consider a soft block with the template {{schoolblock|optional comment}} as the block reason.

Note: In the event of persistent vandalism from this IP address, anonymous editing may be disabled for up to 1 year at a time. Abuse reports may also be forwarded to your school administration for investigation.
School staff who want to monitor vandalism from this IP address can subscribe to a web feed of this page in either RSS or Atom format.

Note: This IP and 137.158.128.105 belong to the two main proxy servers for the University of Cape Town.

[edit] Forewarning

This IP address is shared by literally thousand of people. In the past some idiots have found it to be amusing to vandalise wikipedia articles. This has led to blocking and the inability of serious-minded users of the shared IP to edit properly. Sadly, it seems somewhat inevitable that one or more of these stupid people will quite probably vandalise a page. In this event, anyone looking to immediately block editing from this IP should take note that there are far more sensible users than there are these morons, and it is they who would be negatively effected.

Just a friendly suggestion; you may want to consider creating an account. It stinks when good editors are affected like this, and again, a good reason to create an account. Welcome! And thanks for your contributions! - Jeeny Talk 17:41, 13 June 2007 (UTC)

Please do not delete content from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Wade Keller. Your edits do not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use Wikipedia:Sandbox for test edits. Thank you. A link to the edit I have reverted can be found here: link. Please stop. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did to Doctor Who Restoration Team, you will be blocked from editing. Marwood 09:45, 24 July 2007 (UTC)

Please stop. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did to Turkish War of Independence, you will be blocked from editing. Douglasmtaylor 11:40, 16 July 2007 (UTC)

This is your last warning.
The next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did to Gay pride, you will be blocked from editing. Myanw 10:56, 24 July 2007 (UTC)

Whoever is putting up "warnings" for things that have nothing to do with me.....PLEASE STOP AS IT"S GETTING RATHER WEARISOME...

To wit, yes I DID vandalise the Wade Keller page, and shall not pretend that i did not. However, these other sites were NOT my doing, and I would appreciate that whoever keeps writing this same spam over and over again would cease it RIGHT NOW.

The warnings are relevant to this IP address. If these warnings are not relevant to YOU individually, please consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant warnings. Marwood 12:49, 24 July 2007 (UTC)
If you remove warnings from this page, they will be added back in again. If you want to have contol over your talk page then you have to create an account. Shared IP accounts have shared talk pages. Put up with that or create an account. Theresa Knott | The otter sank 12:14, 25 July 2007 (UTC)
