So far, you have been adding references by simply adding [somehyperlink] after the text. The proper way to add references is to use the <ref> and </ref> tags, as in:

<ref>[http://www.google.com/ Google Homepage] by [[Google]]</ref>
The above becomes:
Google Homepage by Google

Or as in:

<ref>{{cite news|title=Katyusha lands in northern Ashkelon; nine Palestinians killed in IDF response|url=http://www.haaretz.com/hasen/spages/941556.html|publisher=Haaretz|date=January 6, 2008}}</ref>
The above becomes:

English only

Please be sure to use English language sources, only. Since anyone can edit Wikipedia, the only way users can "trust" Wikipedia is if they are able to verify the sources, themselves. Thus, only English language sources should appear on the English version of Wikipedia. Likewise, one should be careful to avoid partisan sources such as Zionism-Israel, The American-Israeli Cooperative, Sderot Media Center, Arutz Sheva, etc. since readers are not likely to trust these sources whereas they are more likely to trust mainstream and well-recognized news sources such as Haaretz, JPost, IHT, NYT, AP, BBC, Reuters, USA Today, CNN, etc.
