Please refrain from making test edits in Wikipedia articles, such as those you made to Characters of Final Fantasy VII, even if your ultimate intention is to fix them. Such edits appear to be vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment again, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Kariteh 21:59, 27 March 2007 (UTC)
This is a university computer, so I guess a lot of different ppl use this computer during the day, so I dont think ur message will quite go to the person u intended it to =)
- Yeah, that is unfortunate. It is wikipedia policy that ip's are only blocked after a number of warnings have been given. When a vandalizing ip is eventually blocked, hopefully the users have been warned and got an account by then. ( Usually you can continue to edit if you have an account). For public ip's like this one, some collateral damage is unfortunately unavoidable. Sander123 11:56, 28 March 2007 (UTC)

Due to persistent vandalism, editing by anonymous users from your school, library, or institution's IP address is currently disabled. If you are logged in but still unable to edit, please follow these instructions. To prevent abuse, account creation via this address is probably also disabled.

Warning 1 for vandal edit to Newcastle, New South Wales:
Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits are considered vandalism and are immediately reverted. If you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. As a courtesy to other editors, it is a Wikipedia guideline to sign your posts on talk pages, user talk pages, and WikiProject pages. To do so, simply add four tildes (~~~~) at the end of your comments. Your user name or IP address (if you are not logged in) and the date will then be automatically added along with a timestamp when you save your comment. Signing your comments helps people to find out who said something and provides them with a link to your user/talk page (for further discussion). For further info, read Wikipedia:Talk page guidelines. Thank you. • Maurog • 20:12, 16 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Your recent edits
Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 05:25, 12 February 2008 (UTC)

Before making potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page.
