Hi, the recent edit you made to Yom Kippur War has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thanks. Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Hemoglobin. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. OrangeMarlin Talk• Contributions 15:05, 2 May 2008 (UTC)
- I'm afraid you are violating WP:EL by using a template to link to other wikis, however useful you think the links might be. You have now reinserted a link on Gaucher's disease despite my request (in an edit summary) that you justify its addition. Could you clarify this before again inserting the template? - If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the edit, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
