Attention:

This host, webgw0.thls.bbc.co.uk, is registered to BBC (UK), and may be shared by multiple users. If the organization uses proxy servers or firewalls, this IP address may in fact represent many users at many physical computers.

For this reason, a message intended for one person may be received by another and a block may be shared by many. If you are editing from this address and are frustrated by irrelevant messages, you can avoid them by creating an account for yourself. In some cases, you may temporarily be unable to create an account due to efforts to fight vandalism; if so, please see here.

If you are autoblocked repeatedly, we encourage you to contact your Internet service provider or IT department and ask them to contact Wikimedia's XFF project about enabling X-Forwarded-For HTTP headers on their proxy servers so that our editing blocks will affect only the intended user. Alternatively, you can list the IP at Wikipedia:WikiProject on XFFs.

Caution should be used when blocking this IP or reverting its contributions without checking - if a block is needed, administrators should consider using a soft block with the template {{anonblock|optional comment}} as the block reason.

Note: In the event of vandalism from this address, abuse reports may be sent to your network administrator for further investigation.
IT staff who want to monitor vandalism from this IP address can subscribe to a web feed of this page in either RSS or Atom format.

[edit] Nullity media impass

Hi Lunch, it seems we've reached an impass on editing the Media section on the nullity story. Feel free to drop me a line at ben.moore@bbc.co.uk if you want to discuss it. All the best Ben Moore — The preceding unsigned comment was added by 132.185.144.120 (talk) 15:39, 4 February 2007 (UTC).

Mr. Moore, I think the phrase "criticized as irresponsible journalism" is a fair summary of the responses to your article. I will continue to revert your removal of this phrase. I also suggest that you read the guidelines at WP:COI, and that you refrain from editing the James Anderson article in the future. Lunch 17:16, 5 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Requested moves

Hi. When you do a requested move, please don't forget to actually put a discussion section into the relevant talk page with the
{{subst:WP:RMtalk|PageName|NewName|reason for move}} template. Cheers! --SigPig |SEND - OVER 13:02, 14 February 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for contributing to Wikipedia. Unfortunately, the commercial links/content you added to the page Himachal Pradesh were inappropriate, as Wikipedia is an encyclopedia and should not be used for advertising or a collection of external links. See the welcome page if you'd like to learn more about contributing to the encyclopedia. Thanks! — Lost (talk) 12:08, 19 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] User_talk:Great_Recipes

This user registered as User_talk:Great_Recipes and then started spamming their recipe links. I deleted many but they're back spamming again from this IP. We ought to just block the URL being spammed. Richard W.M. Jones 18:25, 23 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] November 2007

Please do not delete content from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Bullet for My Valentine. Your edits do not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox for test edits. Thank you. --Oxymoron83 14:14, 28 November 2007 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed content from Horrorcore. When removing text, please specify a reason in the edit summary and discuss edits that are likely to be controversial on the article's talk page. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the text has been restored, as you can see from the page history. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the edit, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Please stop. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did to Hashim Thaçi, you will be blocked from editing. A link to the edit I have reverted can be found here: link. If you believe this edit should not have been reverted, please contact me. Finalnight (talk) 05:14, 13 March 2008 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added to the page Sting do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia.

Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove unwanted links and spam from Wikipedia. If you were trying to insert a good link, please accept my creator's apologies, but note that the external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia.
The external links I reverted were matching the following regex rule(s): rule: '\bfacebook\.com' (link(s): http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=9555415761) .
Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! XLinkBot (talk) 17:17, 25 March 2008 (UTC)
