[edit] Lost disambiguation page

You have recently tried to insert the redirect LOST into the disambiguation page Lost. This is against the reccomendations of Wikipedia:Manual of Style (disambiguation pages). Furthermore, three different editors have reverted your changes, showing at the very least that there is no consensus to include a link to LOST on the page Lost. You should also take a look at WP:3RR, since your repeated reversions are clearly in opposition to the spirit of that policy.

If you feel that there is an argument, in keeping with Wikipedia policies and guidelines, for keeping the link LOST on the disambiguation page, please discuss it at Talk:Lost. If you do not wish to engage your fellow editors in discussion, please stop making this change. Thank you. —Josiah Rowe (talkcontribs) 14:15, 3 March 2006 (UTC)

Please stop. If you continue to vandalize pages, as you did to Lost, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. — Scm83x talk 21:03, 3 March 2006 (UTC)

This is your last warning. The next time you vandalize a page, as you did to Lost, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. — Scm83x talk 11:46, 4 March 2006 (UTC)

You are in danger of violating the three-revert rule. Please cease further reverts or you may be blocked from further editing. — Scm83x talk 12:03, 4 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Blocked for 3rr on Lost

I've blocked you [1] for WP:3RR on Lost. Please stop reverting, and discuss the matter on the talk page, or you will be blocked for longer. If you wish to discuss this, do so here William M. Connolley 15:37, 4 March 2006 (UTC)

Hi, this IP belongs to a terminal server for terminals at the university library of the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. I have never edited the article in question. Is it possible to block an IP (or a range) from editing particular articles (like Lost) instead of a general block? 129.241.11.201 11:48, 6 March 2006 (UTC)
Not really. But the block has now expired (follow the link...) so you can edit William M. Connolley 19:28, 6 March 2006 (UTC)
