School IP address Attention:

This host, dionysus.ukc.ac.uk, is registered to University of Kent (UK) and may be shared by multiple users of an educational institution. If the institution uses proxy servers, this IP address may in fact represent many users at many physical computers.

For this reason a message intended for one person may be received by another. Similarly an innocent user may be blocked for another user's vandalism. If you are editing from this address and are frustrated by irrelevant messages, you can avoid them by creating an account for yourself. In some cases you may temporarily be unable to create an account due to efforts to fight vandalism; if so, please read our advice on this situation.

Caution should be used when blocking this IP or reverting its contributions without checking - if a block is needed, administrators should consider a soft block with the template {{schoolblock|optional comment}} as the block reason.

Note: In the event of persistent vandalism from this IP address, anonymous editing may be disabled for up to 1 year at a time. Abuse reports may also be forwarded to your school administration for investigation.
School staff who want to monitor vandalism from this IP address can subscribe to a web feed of this page in either RSS or Atom format.

Please stop. If you continue to vandalise Wikipedia, as you did to Modernism, you will be blocked. Walton monarchist89 17:10, 8 February 2007 (UTC)

Please stop adding nonsense to Wikipedia, as you did to Israel. It is considered vandalism which, under Wikipedia guidelines, can lead to blocks being applied. If you would like to experiment again, please use the sandbox. -- Avi 17:11, 9 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Faith

Please stop. If you continue to delete or blank page contents or templates from Wikipedia, you will be blocked. Log in and express your concerns on the talk page. Consensus is king at wikipedia, and you are removing material unilaterally. Also, generic templates are next to useless for an article this evolved. If someone contests specific statements or specific sources, use the appropriate tags in the actual article:

  • {{fact}} produces[citation needed]
  • {{who}} produces [who?]
  • {{vc}} produces [unreliable source?]
  • {{POVassertion}} produces {{POVassertion}}
  • {{POV-statement}} produces {{POV-statement}}

Drive-by editors slapping templates on articles are not conducive to actual progress or consensus. Rather than raging against the wiki, why not contribute to the article? - WeniWidiWiki 19:41, 14 February 2007 (UTC)

Hello, the defintion of faith given was sourced before your most recent reversion. Since the matter is sourced, I strongly suggest that you discuss the matter on the article's talk page rather than revert. JoshuaZ 19:47, 14 February 2007 (UTC)

Please stop. If you continue to delete or blank page contents or templates from Wikipedia, as you did to Faith, you will be blocked. Discuss it on the talk page. Removing material unilaterally will not get "your" version accepted. - WeniWidiWiki 16:35, 15 February 2007 (UTC)

Well apart from your arguments, if you revert faith once more in 24 h, you will be blocked (policy WP:3RR). — Gareth Hughes 17:09, 25 February 2007 (UTC)

Hi, the recent edit you made to Apollo has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. One or more of your recent edits, such as those you made to University of Kent, have been considered unhelpful or unconstructive and have been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. If this is a shared IP address and you did not make any unconstructive edits, please ignore this message. Consider creating an account to avoid seeing messages such as this in the future.

Your recent edit to AEK Larnaca (diff) was reverted by an automated bot. The edit was identified as adding either test edits (like "TEST" or example.jpg), vandalism, or link spam to the page or having an inappropriate edit summary. If you want to experiment, please use the preview button while editing or consider using the sandbox. If this revert was in error, please contact the bot operator. If you made an edit that removed a large amount of content, try doing smaller edits instead. Thanks! // VoABot II 21:39, 27 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Schoolblock (just look at the Positively Last Warnings on this page)

If you wish to contribute to this encyclopedia, please create an account at home and log in with it here.

Due to persistent vandalism (see edit log), editing by anonymous users from your school, library or institution's IP address may be currently disabled. You continue to have full access to read the encyclopedia. If you are logged in but still unable to edit, please follow these instructions. To prevent abuse, account creation via this IP address is probably also disabled.

If accounts need to be created at school for class projects, please have your teacher or network administrator contact us (with reference to this IP address) at unblock-en-l from an email address listed on your school's website. Alternatively, if you have no Internet access at home, you may email us using your school-issued email address, telling us your preferred username. An account will be created for you. Please check on this list that the username you choose has not already been taken.

Thank you.

[edit] AfD nomination of Back to the Future timeline

An editor has nominated Back to the Future timeline, an article on which you have worked or that you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Back to the Future timeline (3rd nomination) and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 22:00, 9 March 2008 (UTC)
