I know what you're saying. True, their not refugees like the ones in Lebanon or Jordan, they're internal refugees. Which means that they still live in Palestine/Israel but were expelled or voluntarily fled from their village. For example, the residents of Tantura fled to nearby Fureidis or the Triangle (Israel), just as Arabs from al-Birwa and Umm al-Faraj fled to Kafr Yasif and other Galilee towns.
