— It was my intention ...why don't you have a look at the "content". You really think
- I have to do a report for school on Impalas, and I was a little dissapointed that Wikipedia didn't have more information on an animal so cool like an impala. Actually, I have never heard of impalas before until I started researching for this report. I still wish that there would be more info, though.
- Other than that, I think Wikipedia is a great place for information stuff.
was a useful contribution?? Get real. 128.250.204.118 05:55, 18 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Regarding your recent edits to 30 different articles
DIV, within the last few days you have made name-change edits to over 30 different articles in Wikipedia in efforts to make them align with IUPAC definitions. Please stop this and wait for consensus on this issue at Talk:Gibbs free energy. Thank you: --Sadi Carnot 20:08, 1 January 2007 (UTC)
- Indeed, I have rolled back these edits, and will do so in the future unless there is consensus to the contrary. You should really concentrate on finding uses of the terms "Gibbs energy" and "Helmholz energy" in English-language works to back up your case. Wikipedia is not normative, and, while we usually follow IUPAC and IUPAP nomenclature, on occasions we depart from these rules when there is substantial usage of another form. This is a shared IP address. I stand by my edits to Gibbs energy and Helmholtz energy. I am moving the following comments to a higher-level heading. —DIV
