Removing uncivil wallpapering without proof or justification is a violation wiki policy of assuming good faith.

Putting scarlet letters on peoples user page is hateful and poisons the editing environment.

Propol Has no business whatsoever in engaging in such uncivil behavior. It's a shame that administrators allow this rogue editor to do this kind of thing with out any justification.
