Hi. What you propose would in effect be a list of purely external links. The subject matter contained within that list is immaterial. What Wikipedia is not is a collection of external links. That's by definition and also by policy. The present List qualifies itself by stipulating the existence of articles for the component parts. If the website is not notable enough for an article, it doesn't belong on the List. If it is notable as a social networking portal, then create an article about it, or ask for one to be created at Requested Articles. Then it can be added to the List. Thanks.
