[edit] Sockpuppet template

I have no view either way on whether the sockpuppet template should be renamed but any renaming will need to be to the template itself and not the subset pages in it. This is because renaming the subset pages without changing the template means the individual sockpuppet accounts are no longer connected to each other. Whatever the name on the template, the subset pages must continue to be grouped. Euryalus 01:57, 15 October 2007 (UTC)

You exercised your "right to vanish" on September 15, 2007, but the moment you resumed editing University of New South Wales Revues under the blatantly false identity of User:Alexis+kate-kate on September 23, 2007, you implicitly gave up your right to have your past history of edit warring and sock puppetry hidden from public view. It is standard operating procedure -- if you object, then raise the issue at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents, but do not tamper with existing sockpuppetry tags. Also note that you are required to request unblocking per your block log before you can resume editing legitimately. --  Netsnipe  ►  09:43, 15 October 2007 (UTC)
