This image is the copyrighted logo of 1ZM Auckland radio station. It is used under a claim of fair use. Specifically, its use in the article ZM (New Zealand) on the English-language Wikipedia, where the 1ZM Auckland radio station is a major subject, to identify 1ZM Auckland radio station and indicate its connection with the history of the ZM radio network, is legitimate fair use. It does not deprive the copyright holder of any revenue, and the public use of logos to identify their owners, is a standard case of fair use.
