I noticed you are known only as an IP address; that means you are not signed up. To sign up, you only need to click Create account and choose a username and password. You don't need to provide any personal information. If you sign up, you'll have a username that others can use to recognize you and leave you messages on the wiki. You'll be able to sign your name just by typing four tildes (~~~~) when you leave someone else a message. Plus, you (and others) will easily be able to see a list of all your contributions to Wikipedia.

We are asking you to, either unprotect the page, or else revert to Fox1's accepted version (vide discussion page), which is by far the most agreable version. You should realise that the current edit was done by Supreme_cmdr alias Derek Smart himself so it cant be considered a neutral opinion. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 124.43.232.74 (talk • contribs) 08:12, 30 July 2006 (UTC).

Editing the page while protected would be a violation of the protection policy, and I find it hard to see how unprotecting it would not provoke another edit war. However, assuming good faith, I am going to unprotect it for now.
If you do not have proof that Supreme_Cmdr is in fact Derek Smart himself, I urge you not to make such assertions as they may be considered libellous.
Finally, please get an account, or at the very least sign your posts by typing ~~~~ at the end. Stifle (talk) 09:52, 30 July 2006 (UTC)

Thank you, I will register as a user with the suffix LK, to signify my country of Sri Lanka, and as a reciprocal show of good will I will not edit Smart's page for 1 whole day. Lets see what happens. Of course it is diffcult to have Proof that supreme_cmdr is Derek Smart, however the moniker Supreme_cmdr is used by Smart in his online forums, and the only thing that supreme_cmdr has edited is the derek smart article and related games articles. All have Smart's abrasive style of writing.
