Please do not delete content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Gareth Ward, without explaining the valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you'd like to experiment with test edits. Thank you. - I might add that this is not vandalism, it's a valid BLP concern. Reverters: please don't rollback without explanation or warn this user, since he has a valid point. User: Please don't remove things multiple times after being reverted- see the 3 revert rule.
