[edit] http://sss.hiitsource.com external links

There seems to be a campaign to get this website onto wikipedia by IP accounts that otherwise do not contribute to the encyclopedia. While well sourced content is welcome, attempts to use Wikipedia as a promotional platform are not. The content linked to is not particularly different from information already made available on the page, see our external links guidelines for more on our basic expectations for external links. Also the constant attempts to use this particular site along with no constructive content edits are problematic from a neutrality and promotional editing perspective. I encourage you to add well sourced content to the article rather than external links. Thanks -- SiobhanHansa 11:53, 14 February 2008 (UTC)

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to High-intensity interval training. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. -- SiobhanHansa 12:30, 7 March 2008 (UTC)
