I've unprotected User:202.76.162.34. This IP can now request unblocking if required. Any other use of that page, for example for further vandalism or abusive messages will result in an immediate reprotection of the page. The only use the blocked account can make of the talk page is to request an unblock. This account has been attempting to harass another user, and shows signs of being a sock puppet of a banned user. Therefore, I have blocked it. Jehochman Talk 14:17, 15 February 2008 (UTC)

This blocked user (block log | autoblocks | rangeblocks | unblock | contribs | deleted contribs) has asked to be unblocked, but an administrator has reviewed and declined this request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy). Do not remove this unblock request while you are blocked.

The 30 day protection that Yamla placed has expired. The protection seems to have served its purpose: this account has not been used to make any more disruptive edits.
