Hi. Of course you can join WikiProject Warhammer 40,000: membership is open to any editor. You should probably be aware that being a member gives you no special privileges, though: it's more a place for coordinated discussion about all the Warhammer 40,000 articles on Wikipedia than anything else. While you're at in, you may wish to consider creating yourself a username, which gives you various nice tools just as a "watchlist" which will let you know about changes to any pages you're interested in, and your own user and talk pages (as opposed to this one, which is shared between everyone using your IP address).
