Dattebayo is not notable for inclusion due to Wikipedia's various guidelines on notability. You can read these at Wikipedia:Notability. Just because Dattebayo exists does not mean that it is an encyclopedic topic. If a major news source (not an online news source) mentions Dattebayo, then they may be notable for inclusion. At the moment, there is nothing that supports their notability other than mentions on other user-oriented websites such as UrbanDictionary, YouTube, stage6, or TokyoTosho. Wikipedia is not here to document everything. It is only here to document things that are notable items. Dattebayo is not one according to policy.
