[edit] Your recent edits

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button Image:Signature_icon.png located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 17:57, 11 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] June 2008

  1. Please do not add content without citing reliable sources, as you did to Nobel Peace Prize. Before making potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources please take this opportunity to add references to the article. Contact me if you need assistance adding references. Thank you. ~Wikimancer X *\( ' ' ^) 04:21, 7 June 2008 (UTC)

The sources you cited on User talk:Wikimancer, to show that Mohan Munasinghe won the Nobel Peace Prize in 2007, in fact show that he did not receive the prize as an individual, but in his capacity as Vice-Chair of the IPCC, which was already included in the table. --Bonadea (talk) 11:01, 7 June 2008 (UTC)

Did you read the notes left to you above? Your recent edit of Nobel Peace Prize restored the misleading information about the 2007 recipients, making it look as if there were three separate recipients of the prize rather than two, of which one was an organization. As you can see in the table, when an organization or group receives the prize, all the officials involved do not get a mention in the table. Your edit also removed information about which years the prize sum was reserved, and reinserted erroneous information about the 1918 recipient. Do not revert these changes again, because that will be seen as vandalism. If you want to discuss the issue of the 2007 recipients, please do so on the article's talk page before changing the information that is verified by reliable sources. Thank you. --Bonadea (talk) 11:50, 7 June 2008 (UTC)

Please stop your disruptive editing, such as the edit you made to Nobel Peace Prize. If your vandalism continues, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. --Bonadea (talk) 16:15, 7 June 2008 (UTC)
