[edit] Wellstone Table
Great job with the table, it is an excellent addition to the page! Think about creating a username, and keep up the good work. Let me know if you want help doing that.

[edit] The Wikipedia:Three-revert rule
Hi. I would like to remind you of the Wikipedia:Three-revert rule. Please do not revert more than three times in a 24-hours period. You haven't yet on Dennis Kucinich but I want you to be aware before that happens. If you violate this rule you can be blocked from editing for a time. - Tεxτurε 21:07, 31 August 2005 (UTC)
[edit] three revert rule block
You have been blocked from editing for the next 24 hours for violating the three revert rule on Democratic Party (United States). Please read our policies before editing controvercial topics. Gentgeen 04:15, 1 September 2005 (UTC)
- Why has the other person in the edit war not been blocked?
- The other person was blocked as well. Mamawrites 11:28, 1 September 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Signing your comments
If you just type ~~~~ after a comment, that will turn into name (or, unless you take an account, IP address) and date/time. It makes talk pages a lot easier to follow. -- Jmabel | Talk 07:00, September 4, 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Jim Hightower
Hello,
Thank you for your contribution. But the "important information" that you added to Jim's bio was incorrect. For instance, he did not support Jerry Brown, and he did not vote for Ralph Nader in 1996. I work for Jim and can answer questions if you have them. Obvioiusly you watch the sites of many prominent Democrats. Please contact me if you have any questions. Sincerely, LauraLaura74 23:34, 9 December 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Posting on Jim Hightower's bio
Dear user 12.217.121.245, please feel free to contact me regarding JH bio.
In accordance with Wikipedia policy at 3RR I am issuing this warning: If you violate the three-revert rule, after your fourth revert in 24 hours, sysops may block you for up to 24 hours. Please be advised. thanks, Steven McCrary 20:58, 28 December 2005 (UTC)
- My apology. I agree that your last revert was over a week ago. At that time 12.217.121.245 and Laura74 had reverted each other's "superdelegate vote" edits several times over a period of a couple of days. Although that is not a violation of the 3RR rule, it is an violation of Wikipedia:Edit war policy, and should be resolved. I am not saying you are to blame, since I have asked user Laura74 to justify her edits on the Mediation Cabal page, and to discredit your claims (if she can), which that user has not done. I am only saying that there are wikipedia policies in place to handle these disputes rather than just reverting each other's edits. I encourage you to read about these policies at Wikipedia:Edit war, and Resolving disputes, and to report violations if needed. I also encourage you to become a registered user of Wikipedia. I have been monitoring the page and if these reverts continue, I will have to report them as a violation of Wikipedia policy. Sincerely, Steven McCrary 22:06, 28 December 2005 (UTC)
The following was posted on my main page from User:Laura74:
-
- "Looking at Jim's book, that the person keeps citing, there is no mention of Hightower casting his superdelegate vote for Jerry Brown. Hightower has stated to me that he cast his superdelegate vote for Presiden Clinton, because Cinton was the Democratic nominee. I'm happy to discuss this further with user 12.217.121.245 or with you."
User 12.217.121.245, please provide an exact citation of the reference: author, title, publisher, page number. I realize that the title and page number for some other references have been posted; how about this one please? Is it possible that you could email me a scanned image of the page? My email address is stevelindamccrary@msn.com.Thanks, SteveMc 22:16, 4 January 2006 (UTC)
User 12.217.121.245, my tendency right now it to agree with Laura74, since the quotation does not state the Mr. Hightower voted for Jerry Brown, only that he "moved to Jerry Brown when Harkin bailed out." It would be speculative to state otherwise. Do you have any further information? Thanks, SteveMc 23:25, 4 January 2006 (UTC)

Regarding your edits on John Edwards and List of notable American liberals and probably others: Don't add non-neutral Point of View or make deletions for the same effect: Please stop adding nonsense to Wikipedia. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. Hu 01:00, 20 December 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Joe Biden
On March 27th, Joe Biden announced he was running for the 2008 nomination. [1] --myselfalso 12:40, 20 April 2006 (UTC)
- He said "My intention is to run." What you're talking about is semantics at this point. He has thrown his hat into the ring. Also, why did you delete the link to the Rolling Stone page? Rolling Stone magazine is a legitimate source. --myselfalso 03:26, 21 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Lieberman party affiliation
Please stop reverting the description of Lieberman as a Democrat. It's a matter of opinion whether he's a good Democrat, but the fact remains that he's a registered Democratic voter in Connecticut, he's a member of the Senate Democratic Caucus, and he serves on several Senate committees as a Democrat and Harry Reid declined to remove him from these committees after the primary when Lieberman announced his independent run. Feel free to participate in the relevant talk pages (e.g. Talk:Ned Lamont) if you want to discuss this, though there's already been a fairly thorough examination of this question there. Note also that you've already been blocked for edit warring, so you can be blocked again without further warning if you continue to edit war. Many of your contributions are good. You must just remember to always edit from a neutral point of view. Phr (talk) 12:58, 12 August 2006 (UTC)
