Ben Puttmann does not have his own Wikipedia article, and doesn't appear necessarily to be notable. We don't list nonnotable people in notable people sections, even if it can be established that they live in those places. Nyttend (talk) 14:27, 4 April 2008 (UTC)
- I'm sorry, but the majority of editors here seem to disagree with you. Cities are notable because there are plenty of sources about them: the Census tracks them, they're in atlases, and much more. If you want to demonstrate that your author is notable, create an account and write a well-referenced article that demonstrates his notability. If you can do that, please restore him to the page: there's no reason not to mention a notable person in that way. If you can't do that, please don't. Nyttend (talk) 14:59, 5 April 2008 (UTC)
