Additionally, user talk pages do not have the same standards as normal talk pages (though I accidently removed your comment from Talk:Spoo, but I was cought up in RC patrol and got confused). - Actually no you cannot, I suggest you reread policy. Furthermore do not try and impress me just because you have a mop. This does not mean you can ignore policy.
