[edit] Halawa

How come there is no Halawa article?

What's Halva?

[edit] Work IP

I'd just like to point out that this IP is that of a workplace, therefore many different people may use this at any given time. 12.15.7.70 05:30, 19 May 2006 (UTC)

Edit: Granted, it seems to be only one person making lots of changes to the Assyrian related articles. 12.15.7.70 10:01, 19 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Assyrian People

Please stop. If you continue to vandalize pages, as you did to Assyrian people, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. — Gareth Hughes 19:58, 13 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] No personal attacks

Your edit comment [1] is a personal attack, which is against WP policy. Please don't do it again. --Macrakis 16:27, 13 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Baklava

You re-added material to the baklava article which appears to be a copy of [2]. Wikipedia does not allow copyright violations like this.

As for the substantive correctness, you say that this version is "well documented", but provide no documentation. --Macrakis 16:27, 13 May 2006 (UTC)

Please refrain from adding nonsense to Wikipedia, as you did to Assyrian people. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. -- Scientizzle 20:21, 15 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Talk:Assyrian people

An important message
Please be extremely careful when adding material to articles or talk pages that it does not involve defamation (if you don't know what defamation is, read this). Comments that defame an individual may leave you open to being sued by them. Your status here, whether as a signed-on user or as an anonymous IP, would not protect you. Someone you defame could get a court order instructing your server to supply your details to them. They could then sue you for damages. Remember, while Section 230 of the United States Communications Decency Act protects Wikipedia from being sued for defamation, it may not protect the person who posted a defamatory claim on a Wikipedia page.

Furthermore, the Board of Wikipedia has ruled that: Where the user has been vandalising articles or persistently behaving in a disruptive way, [personal information] data may be released to assist in the targeting of IP blocks, or to assist in the formulation of a complaint to relevant Internet Service Providers. (Full information on Wikipedia privacy policy here)

This box has been placed on your talk page because another Wikipedian suspects that, perhaps innocently, you may have defamed someone in your contributions. Please recheck your edits. Do not make allegations against someone unless you have provided evidence from a reliable publication, and then make sure you describe the allegations in accordance with our content policies, particularly Wikipedia:Verifiability and Wikipedia:No original research. Don't rely on hearsay, rumours, or things you believe without evidence to be facts, and don't use sources to create a novel narrative. Wikipedia requires reliable sources for all claims.

If you have defamed someone, you may be blocked without warning from editing Wikipedia. If you find that you have inadvertently defamed someone in an article, do two things:
1. Remove the defamation from the article immediately.
2. Hit this link and leave a note on that page saying that you accidentally left defamatory claims in named article. (Don't repeat the claims. They will be able to see from your edit removing them what they were.) A developer will then delete the claim from the page history

Once that is done, and the defamation is gone completely from our records, the problem should be solved.

  • Please stop. If you continue to blank or remove content from Wikipedia, as you did to Assyrian people, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Kafziel 20:10, 17 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Please stop inserting political opinions

Stop Please stop adding your opinion to different talk pages. They are meant for discussing editorial issues of the articles, not for political chitchat. gidonb 16:35, 22 May 2006 (UTC)

User:12.15.7.70 is a sockpuppet of User:Sargonious [3]. Intangible 16:44, 22 May 2006 (UTC)
He's adding dozens of copies of his screed. If any admins are reading this, I think this is definitely a case for a speedy block. Kasreyn 19:00, 22 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Please do not post comments under my user name

[edit] Blocked

You have been temporarily blocked from editing for vandalism of Wikipedia. Please note that page blanking, addition of random text or spam, deliberate misinformation, privacy violations, and repeated and blatant violation of WP:NPOV are considered vandalism. If you wish to make useful contributions, you may come back after the block expires. -- Szvest 19:26, 24 May 2006 (UTC) Wiki me up™

This is your last warning. If you continue to make personal attacks, you may be blocked for disruption. --digital_me(t/c) 20:52, 7 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Assyrian people

Please do not insult other users, Sargonious, in your edit summaries as you did in Assyrian people (edit|talk|history|links|watch|logs). Please do not make extensive rewrites or remove large sections of articles without first obtaining the consent of others. — Gareth Hughes 21:42, 27 June 2006 (UTC)

Your recent edit summary for Alaha (edit|talk|history|links|watch|logs) was a personal attack against Benne rather than a description of your edit. As you have already been warned and blocked for such violations of civil conduct, you will now find your self blocked for a further 24 hours from now. When the block expires, I hope you will be able to rejoin calm and cooperative editing with others. — Gareth Hughes 15:45, 29 June 2006 (UTC)
