We hope that you will become a legitimate editor and create an account. Again, you are welcome here at Wikipedia, but remember not to vandalize or you will soon be blocked from editing.
Innocent? Please disregard this message if you have not been vandalizing articles; it seems you are using a shared IP address. To avoid confusion in the future, we invite you to create a user account of your own.

- This is not a random occurence. This user has done almost nothing but vandalize pages (I've reverted a number that have been left on pages I watch), including at least one that included racist attacks. I filed a complaint with the provider, and did not even receive the courtesy of a response as to whether or not a single individual could be identified. This user, whether it is single or a multiplicity, has no respect for this site. Please, please, someone just block this ID permanently. If it is used by multiple individuals, the ones who wish to use it seriously may set up their own IDs and we would be rid of the anonymous vandal.Couillaud 03:45, 28 October 2006 (UTC)

- By my count (and I could be wrong), this user has received seven "last warnings" and has been temporarily blocked three times. This user is coming from a high school or middle school, and has never given an indication of wanting to do anything but vandalize various pages. The user ignores warnings, and the temporary blocks have not had an effect upon its return. Do you have no life and need to vandalize Wikipedia to make you feel special? Well some people like to read facts and I'm suprised that no one has set up a permanant block on you guys. Gdfanatic21594 14:25, 13 October 2007 (UTC)
- This IP belongs to a middle school in eastern Kansas whose kids have nothing better to entertain themselves with than internet vandalism while on study break in the school library. I've mentioned this particular case to an admin, but it's considered small potatoes compared to some school vandals (in terms of frequency), and isn't considered worth bothering with by comparison. Much as I'd like to see a permanent block on it, no one seems to want to take the time. For the record, the provider will not take action against its customer (a middle school) for what it considers "harmless" actions taken by students, and the school itself will not take actions to block student access to sites like Wikipedia. -- Couillaud 12:01, 16 October 2007 (UTC)
