Talk:10th Regiment of Foot

[edit] Image
The image was added to this article by Marc29th. On the image page the image is listed as, "the copyright holder allows the image to be freely redistributed, modified, used commercially and for any other purpose, provided that their authorship is attributed." This is not a fair-use tag. It is very appropriate for the article in the fact that these soldiers are in 10th Regiment uniforms. Any reason to remove this photograph as it is being removed by User:Calton for instance is not for the good of Wikipedia. Removing photo is akin to vandalism since it does nothing but enhance the article. Dwain 02:37, 5 April 2007 (UTC)
- You're absolutely right: removing it does enhance the article. I'm glad we agree. --Calton | Talk 08:43, 5 April 2007 (UTC)
- Oh, and guy, it's a screen capture, meaning it's a fair-use image, no matter how much hand-waving you do. --Calton | Talk 08:49, 5 April 2007 (UTC)
