1095 Avenue Of The Americas is a 630ft (192m) tall skyscraper in New York City, New York. It was constructed from 1972 to 1974 and has 40 floors. Kahn & Jacobs designed the building, which is the 61st tallest in New York. From 2206 to 2007 the tower recived a $260 million renivation which upgraded the office space from Class B+ to Class A office space.
