The image was derived from digital capture (photo/scan) of the CD's cover art. The creator of this digital version is irrelevant as copyright in all equivalent images is still held by the same party. Copyright is held by the record label, Burnt Offerings/Spitfire Records. Claimed as fair use regardless.
