• Square Enix, The Walt Disney Company, and BradyGames have released no such images into the public domain, and a replacement image could not be created that would adequately provide the same information
• The cover is used by many other websites (mostly online shopping).
• It does not limit the copyright owners rights to sell the book in any way.
• The book cover is used for visual identification. It is there to show users what a book by this company would look like.
