On the viewing platform beside the Reichenbach Falls, near Meiringen, Kanton Bern, Schweiz the tourist-loving Swiss have erected a cut-out figure of Sherlock Holmes in his traditional outdoor garb. The face is cut out so the visitor may stand behind and be photographed.
The face in the hole is Lesley J Webster. Photographed 2002 Sept.
