Hallo Lemmy, hat dich noch gar keiner hier begrüßt? :) Also: Welcome to Wikipedia! --Nanouk 12:28, 22 April 2006 (UTC)
- Besten Dank!
Str1977 (smile back) 17:51, 19 July 2006 (UTC)
- Nein, nein. Er, User:Rex Germanus is ein überzeugter Holländer. Danke für die Info. Str1977 (smile back) 09:48, 20 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Sorry I'm unavailable to oblige...
... but as you might not have noticed the tag on my User page, I'm presently and until further notice a war refugee from the Lebanese border. Aside from my livelihood being harmed and my personal and family life in upheaval, I have only sporadic and brief Internet access. My Wikipedia editing is one of the aspects of regular life that's had to be suspended indefinitely, and I anticipate it'll take me months to recover.
A request such as yours is, unfortunately, entirely beyond my capabilities, and I suggest you seek elsewhere. Good luck with your editing. --Deborahjay 08:30, 3 August 2006 (UTC)
- Oh!Thanks anyway and good luck and all the best to you!-Lemmy- 11:38, 3 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Linking to Defender
When you want to link to the article about the football position defender, please do not link to Defender, as that is a disambiguation page (which nothing should be linked to). Instead link to the Defender (football) article, by writing out [[Defender (football)|defender]]. Regards, -- Jeff3000 20:42, 4 September 2006 (UTC)
- I had that in mind as I wrote but then I forgot ;-) Thanks for the advice -Lemmy- 15:27, 5 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Norbert Nachtweih
Hello -Lemmy-,
I noticed you recently created the article about Norbert Nachtweih. I just wanted to inform you that you can announce any new Germany-related articles at Portal:Germany. Happy editing.--CarabinieriTTaallkk 16:57, 25 September 2006 (UTC)
- Alright,thanks!-Lemmy- 11:17, 26 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] WikiProject Munich
I was wondering if you're interested in joining WikiProject Munich. If you want to check it out, you can check it out and sign uphere. This is only a temporary page and I'm still trying to develop it. Kingjeff 17:30, 18 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Jørn Andersen
Hi Lemmy, I noticed that you edited a page on Jørn Andersen I created. Thanks for your help! I'm currently trying to go through a number of the most-wanted football biography articles, and a number of them are (slightly obscure, to me) European footballers for whom I'm finding it difficult to find reliable sources to provide as External links. Can you find any sources for this article?
Incidentally, should you be interested in adding some "MWA's", you can use this link to see which articles people would like to see in WP. All the best! The Rambling Man 18:13, 22 January 2007 (UTC)
- Hi,Rambling man!Usually I edit and sometimes create articles of players of Eintracht Frankfurt, the predecessor of Ipswich's cup win ;-).Unfortunately I'm alone in there. My main source is the German wikipedia. The most articles are just simple translations by myself sometimes endorsed with a info box.(I must add that I haven't finished the whole translation of the article) As a source you could take http://www.fussballdaten.de/spieler/andersenjoern/ .Please note that Jørn is often written as Jörn on German pages.Regards -Lemmy- 18:26, 22 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Reclaim the Kop
Once is enough??? Not at all, Anfield Anfield Anfield is so important that we should and must go around and make sure that it is always repeated at length until all eventually yield before its greatness and give in!! (Good spot and edit by the way...) Robotforaday 15:11, 2 February 2007 (UTC)
- I don't know if you don't understand what I wanted to say or if I'm on the wrong track. All I wanted to express with the comment is that "at Anfield, at Anfield" is a false syntax and once "at Anfield" is enough.YNWA -Lemmy- 15:18, 2 February 2007 (UTC)
- I know, I was just being silly about my beloved Anfield, hence the "good spot" comment at the end ;) Robotforaday 15:21, 2 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Hubchev.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Hubchev.jpg. The image description page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Well Lemmy, I think you will like this. Check out "adler" from the menu on the left and then enjoy the rest of the site.

- I have posted a quick image that includes several representative historical logos. If you want to use/lose/add others let me know. Wiggy! 01:18, 14 April 2007 (UTC)
-
- I'm sorry to disappoint you,but I already know the site ;-) The creator works on the German wikipedia. This site and www.eintracht-stats.de (run by him as well) are the main sources for my wikipedia statistic works on the Eintracht players' pages and archives.
- A huge thank you! Great work! I just link the image to the commons. Thanks again. If you got a project I can help you with, just tell me. -Lemmy- 21:43, 14 April 2007 (UTC)
- No disappointment. I should have guessed you would be familiar with the site! I was well impressed with the wappen page. When I have time I will render cleaner versions of some of these logos. Glad to work with you and I'll let you know if I am looking for anything. Keep well. Wiggy! 16:36, 15 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Welcome message
Hi Lemmy, I put the welcome message on your user talk. I would like to thank you again for your contributions on it.wiki. Although I've never been to Germany, I love your country and your language, which I would like to learn soon. If you want you can read here. On it.wiki I've created many German teams (see here). Hope we become friends. Guten Abend :-) --Freddyballo 21:39, 14 April 2007 (UTC)
- Hi,Freddy! I directly answered it there. Nice to hear you're interested in German culture. I guess it's much easier for me to read and understand some Italian than for you as German is hard to understand and learn, admittedly. I hope, I didn't discourage you to learn it anyway :-P
- Aren't all Wikipedians friends in spirit all least? Buona sera! :-)
Hello Larry, I have just seen your answer :D As for the question you raised on my talk page on it.wiki, I managed to find the mistake in the template it:Template:Rosa/societàcalciogermania. This sentence:
{{qif|test={{{stemma|}}}|then=[[Immagine:600px_{{{stemma}}}.png|25px|]]}}
was missing. Many thanks for your congratulations on creating Eintracht flag. Good luck for next season in the Bundesliga. See you soon. --Freddyballo 21:46, 21 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] FC Bayern Munich Taskforce
Would you like to join FC Bayern Munich Taskforce at WikiProject Munich? Kingjeff 21:18, 23 June 2007 (UTC)
- Hi! Don't get me wrong, I respect everyone's work on Wikipedia, but this club is a "don't touch", not only in Wikipedia. I hope you understand my point of view. I wish you much success anyway. Regards -Lemmy- 21:28, 23 June 2007 (UTC)
What do you mean by a don't touch? Kingjeff 21:29, 23 June 2007 (UTC)
- I hate Bayern Munich.Clear enough? ;-) -Lemmy- 22:11, 23 June 2007 (UTC)
Ok. I think it's just jealousy. Kingjeff 22:15, 23 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Re:Eintracht Frankfurt
OK. Although my Japanese isn't perfect, I'll try to expand ja:アイントラハト・フランクフルト. Pakupaku 03:54, 16 July 2007 (UTC)
- Hi -Lemmy-! I cannot type Persian as I don't have the language installed on my computer! That's why my contributions to Persian Wikipedia are few. I created the article but I cannot expand it. Cheers. Siba 06:44, 17 July 2007 (UTC)
- This is more I could ever write about it.Thank you very much!-Lemmy- 15:24, 17 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Toska & Tsomou
Hi, I've just notice the messagge. I' m not shure about that informations, i've just copied it from transfermarkt.de, here is the link([1]. If you have some other informations, please send me, so i can change it. Pozdrav! hr:Suradnik:Zhile. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.2.27.244 (talk) 22:00, 6 January 2008 (UTC)
- I know the site. For statistics and stuff it's fine but not for passport affairs. Please change Toska/Toski to Germany and Tsoumou to the Republic of the Congo. Thank you very much for your work! -Lemmy- (talk) 11:36, 7 January 2008 (UTC)
[edit] WP:CIVIL
Hi there! Just dropping by to say; good work contributing! Just one note, however; please try to be civil and keep a cool head when dealing with editors, even if they're vandals. This message, such as calling the editor a little child, is not very nice, and hardly called for. It's ok to feel stress, but try not to let it impact your editing, or take a break; whichever works for you. Anyway, cheers! Master of Puppets Call me MoP!☺ 23:25, 14 January 2008 (UTC)
- Sorry. I will watch my language. Regards. -Lemmy- (talk) 17:27, 15 January 2008 (UTC) By the way: I got the poster of your nickname next to my PC :-D
[edit] Thanks
Thanks, Lem. Much appreciated. Go Eintract! Got an FTA satellite dish so I can finally watch some live Bundesliga matches. Cool. Wiggy! (talk) 01:58, 15 January 2008 (UTC)
- You're welcome,eh ;-) Look out for SGE matches.I expect a big additional offensive impact with Fenin and Caio to the current players.-Lemmy- (talk) 17:27, 15 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Fahrudin's picture
Hi, I saw you were looking for Fahrudin Jusufi's picture. It is from this site: http://www.reprezentacija.co.yu. On Serbian Wiki we have a permission to use this picture with GFDL licence. So you should aks your administrators how you can transfer the picture into English Wiki. I'm sorry because my English is not so good. You can contact me here. MickiWiki (talk) 13:22, 15 February 2008 (UTC)
- Hello, again :) I think we don't understand each other. I said that we got a permission from that website's administrator to use all materials (text and pictures) on the Serbian Wikipedia . I don't know may you send pictures from http://www.reprezentacija.co.yu to the Wikicommons. Ask Wikicommons' administrators for advice. I will help if I can. Could you provide source for his name, or change in nationality in football, result of the change. Matthew_hk tc 11:12, 26 February 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Discussion about the Regionalliga
Hi, perhaps you know something that should be mentioned in the discussionWikipedia talk:WikiProject Football#Regionalliga? Thanks, Punkmorten (talk) 16:32, 4 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Amantidis stats
I have a record from a Greek webside saying about 34 goals in 101 app. Also in one of the links it says that he scored 24 in 74 games before this season. And the info in team's page about his current record is 10 in 27. Do you know sth else or did you changed it at will? --Ioannes Tzimiskes (talk) 18:12, 27 April 2008 (UTC)
- Nope,I never change at will ;-) My sources are this and that. These ones are quite well updated and pretty reliable. No disrespect but I have more trust in these pages which mainly treat the Bundesliga than in a Greek page who probably mixed something up (they added the first Amanatidis stint to the current). Nevermind. Yamas! -Lemmy- (talk) 19:43, 27 April 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Internationalists
Yeah, you could quite easily make up a table with all sorts of other details, I generally find statistics on international football easier to find than domestic football. Best of luck with it, might just copy you when it's done. WATP (talk) • (contribs) 13:58, 15 May 2008 (UTC)
