"And They Obey" was the first single by the English band Kinesis. This song is a different version than the one used in Worship Yourself re-recorded at Ionian Studios, Bolton using multi tracks.
Only available on CD it was released on February 25th, 2002.

Another re-recorded version of the single was released on March 10, 2003, which was the second single from their first album, Handshakes For Bullets (Track 7). The single was released in CD and 7" Vinyl format. It reached number 63 in the UK charts.

The video featured the band playing ...And They Obey on a black and red stage with a large screen showing rioting as the backdrop.
