This was me ( User:Kipmaster ) testing that non-latin characters usernames are really blocked (I couldn't believe it when I was told so).

Was blocked indefinetly within 1 or 2 minutes, without making my first edit.

My IP was also blocked (which is not good at all), so that I couldn't create a new account (as recommended on my user page) or edit with my usual account... Thanks not to block IP! Kipmaster 09:16, 21 December 2006 (UTC)
