Hi! I noticed that you created these page. While I am glad to see that editors have an interest in these areas of world cinema, however, I am currently directing or deleting these articles. Wikipedia:WikiProject Films#Task forces very clearly states that task forces need to be proposed to the project discussion beforehand. If there is sufficient editorial interest, then the Project coordinators will create the necessary task force infrastructure. Therefore, I would encourage you to undergo these steps if you are serious about the topic - we definitely would be happy to set it up under those circumstances.
