Željko Malnar

Željko Malnar was born in Zagreb, Croatia in April 12 1944. In last 30 years he has traveled the Middle East, Pakistan and India in numerous expeditions. He co-wrote the book "U potrazi za staklenim gradom" ("Seeking the glass city"). He has his own weekly show on Croatian TV - station Z1, Nightmare Stage, that hosts many famous picturesque characters from the streets of Zagreb (Cro Rom, Tarzan, Jaran, Laki, Ševa etc.).
Malnar is also the self-proclaimed president of the so-called Republic of Peščenica.
